Glycoin – Natural anti-ageing
This cell activator from nature has both a cell-stimulating and cell-renewing effect.
Glycoin reactivates the power of tired and mature skin.
WHAT EXACTLY IS GLYCOIN?
Awakens cells to new life
Glycoin occurs naturally in desert plants, the so-called resurrection plants. In these plants, it serves as protection during long periods of draughts so that they can survive effortlessly without a single drop of water. As soon as the desert plant then receives water again, Glycoin revitalises and stimulates its inner structures. The completely withered bushes come to life within a few hours and shine in a lush green – almost as if Gylcoin had magical powers.

HOW DOES GLYCOIN WORK?
A look at how it uniquely works
In this video, we take a look at how this remarkable plant works and show its unique ability to regenerate itself over and over again.

WHAT CAN GLYCOIN DO?
The booster for
skin renewal
As a natural stress molecule, Glycoin is something of a superhero among molecules. It has an extremely strong water-binding capacity, which in nature ensures the hydration of the plant for as long as possible – no matter how harsh the circumstances. Glycoin provides your skin with immediate and noticeable long-lasting moisture. Glycoin is also a multifunctional anti-ageing ingredient with powerful cell-stimulating properties, and as such a kind of energy boost for tired, stressed or mature skin. It also revitalises and stimulates slowed down cell functions and improves these. Glycoin therefore makes the skin more robust and makes it look more youthful.
RESEARCH WORKS: GLYCOIN
Moisture all day
Glycoin moisturizes your skin for eight hours - after just one application.
Skin hydration was increased by up to 49.5% in our study.
*Clinical study on 20 female subjects, after single application.

MORE COLLAGEN AND ELASTIN IN YOUR SKIN
Glycoin improves your skin density
Your skin becomes thinner and less resilient with age. Especially on the exposed areas of the face, neck and décolletage as well as on the hands and forearms. On average, the thickness of your skin decreases by about 6.4% with each decade. It happens faster in women than men. The loss of collagen and elastin is largely responsible for this.
One study demonstrated the positive effect of Glycoin on collagen and elastin production in the skin and showed an increase in skin thickness. Here, five volunteers with mature skin applied a placebo and a cream with 1% Glycoin twice a day for four weeks and then measured the skin density. The results speak for themselves: Glycoin improves the skin density of mature skin by up to 9.9% after four weeks. All test participants had a significant increase in their skin thickness thanks to Gylcoin. For even better results, we use 2% Glycoin in skjur®.
